Purpose of the site

This site presents the association's work in Nepal, its sponsorship programme and its projects. Browsing is free and requires no account.

Using the forms

There are two forms: a contact form and a sponsorship request. By using them you agree to provide accurate information and not to use them abusively, for advertising, or by automated means.

Sending a sponsorship request is not a financial commitment. It starts a conversation: a volunteer replies to you to agree the details, and nothing is ever taken until you have explicitly accepted.

Donations and payments

No payment is taken on this site. Donations are made by bank transfer, using the details published on the donation page.

We will never ask for your bank or card details through a form on this site, or by email. If you receive such a request in our name it is a fraud attempt — please tell us.

Site content

Published information is provided for guidance and updated as regularly as possible. Amounts, dates and project progress shown here may change.

Intellectual property

The site's content is protected. Conditions for reuse are set out in the legal notice. Legal notice.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Liability

The association cannot be held liable for damages arising from use of the site, from being unable to access it, or from the content of third-party sites linked to from here.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. The version that applies is the one published on this page; the date it was last updated is at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
